- November 2026. Founding-customer waitlist members are onboarded first, with locked-in launch pricing.
- Why November 2026 specifically?
- The founders are honoring an existing non-compete that expires in November 2026. Rather than launch quietly and fight a contract, we're using the runway to build the platform we'd want to use ourselves and to onboard the waitlist in order.
- What does it cost?
- We're publishing the full price sheet at launch. The model is simple: one flat fee per filing, state fees passed through at cost, and registered-agent service available as a standalone or bundled in. Founding-customer pricing will be locked in at launch and grandfathered.
- How is this different from LegalZoom or Bizee?
- The big-brand sites are built around a tiered checkout funnel - Basic, Standard, Premium - where the parts you actually need are scattered across the upsell ladder. We charge one posted price for the work, pass through state fees at face value, and don't have a "Premium" tier because there's no premium way to file articles of organization. There's the right way.
- Do you handle all 50 states?
- Yes - all 50 states plus DC. Formation, foreign qualification, annual reporting, and registered-agent service. Some states have quirks - California's $800 franchise tax, Nevada's annual list, Delaware's franchise tax calculation - and we handle those correctly the first time instead of leaving you to discover them in March.
- Who is behind this?
- LLC Zone.com is operated by Inenvi, Inc., a Las Vegas-based corporate-services group whose affiliated firms have been forming and maintaining U.S. business entities since 1997. Nearly three decades of doing this work means we know exactly which "industry-standard" practices are actually customer-hostile defaults - and we built LLC Zone to do the opposite of those.
